You can add products to your shopping cart by clicking on the “I want to order” button. In the shopping cart you can see the prices of the products and the total cost of the order. To complete the purchase, you need to select the products you wish to buy, confirm the order and pay the invoice.

The goods will leave our production within 5 working days at the latest, unless otherwise stated on the product. In most cases, we will post the parcel on the same day and you will receive it within Estonia the next day or the day after. Please note that delivery times may be extended during major promotions.

For all purchases over €49, delivery to a parcel machine in Estonia is FREE.

For purchases below 49€, the delivery cost to the parcel machine of the customer’s choice will be added. Exceptions to this may be promotions with a high discount in our e-shop or with our partners. If there is a delivery charge, it will be indicated at the time of purchase.

In extreme weather conditions, we ask you to use Itella’s indoor terminals to ensure the safety of delicate products in high temperatures, both below and above zero. Perfect Cosmetics OÜ will not be held responsible for products damaged by weather conditions unless an Itella service has been selected for transport.

All products on sale are subject to the guarantees and return procedures provided for in the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

You have the right to return any goods purchased from our e-shop free of charge within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt. The returned goods must not have been used, damaged and the packaging must not have been opened. Perfect Cosmetics OÜ will refund the customer within 3 (three) calendar days of receipt of the goods.

In case of returning the goods, the shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.

Cosmetic products with open packaging are not returnable.

Perfect Cosmetics OÜ guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data of the users of the Internet portal and does not sell/transmit/transfer the personal and contact data of the users to third parties, except in case of special agreements (publication of possible promotions or other winners).

The use of the material on Luminordic.com is subject to an agreement with the site administrator and the provision of a direct link to www.luminordic.com.
