Where can I see my loyalty points and level?
You can easily view your loyalty points and current level by heading to the “My Account” page. Simply open the “Loyalty Program” section to see a detailed overview of your points and status.
Does the loyalty discount apply during promotions or to all products?
In most cases, loyalty discounts don’t apply during promotional campaigns, as those products are already offered at reduced prices. The discount also doesn’t extend to certain special categories, such as RAER perfumes, gift cards, and the Smoothies + Sets category (which already has a permanent 7% discount).
However, if a campaign includes additional loyalty perks or offers that are exclusive to loyalty members, this will always be clearly indicated.
How are test group members and gift recipients selected?
Selections are made randomly from customers who have reached the “Soulmate” loyalty level. Every Soulmate member has an equal chance to be chosen for exclusive offers, product testing opportunities, and surprise gifts.
How will I know if I’ve been selected?
If you’re selected to receive a gift, a little surprise will be included with your next order.
If you’re chosen for a test group, we’ll contact you via email with all the details, including how the program works and how you can opt in. We aim to keep the experience clear, enjoyable, and entirely optional.
Do my loyalty points expire?
Nope! Your loyalty points and program level never expire – they’re yours to keep.
